1. What time can I check in / check out at the hotel?
Check in time is from 2pm and Check time is 12 noon.
2. Are all your bathrooms ensuite ?
Yes, all bedrooms are en-suite, with either a bath or shower
3. Do you have accessible bedrooms?
Yes, we have 4 fully accessible rooms, which boast walk in wet rooms, emergency cords and hearing loop.
4. What facilities are in the room?
Tea/Coffee making facilities, Hair Dryer, Iron & ironing boards, TV, complimentary toiletries.
5. Do you provide cots?
Yes, we provide cots complimentary. Please advise at time of booking.
1. Do you accept pets?
The hotel are pleased to accept small well behaved dogs in bedrooms. This must be pre arranged with Reception. A supplement of £10.00 per dog applies.
2. Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the hotel offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
3. Do you have an ATM?
No. The nearest cash machine can be located at Asda Supermarket, located 1.8 miles from hotel.
4. Do you have a bar & restaurant?
The Hub bar is open from 11am - 11pm for non residents.
The restaurant, Cow on the Hill is open from 6.30pm - 21.30pm.
Breakfast is served Mon - Fri - 6.30am - 9.30am / Sat - Sun - 7.30am - 10.30am
Residents can benefit from 24 hour bar and room service.
5. Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we offer 120 complimentary car parking spaces for guests. Please see Reception for the exit code.
6. Do you have Leisure facilities?
Yes we do and as a resident you have full access from 6.30am - 10pm. Last entry for the pool is 9.30pm.
